EAT LOCAL LIVE LONGER
Monthly Potluck Comes to Hanapepe!
Our Vision: The people and the land of Kauai restored to their original beauty, strength, and sovereignty on all levels.
Our Mission: Eat Local Live Longer is an organization which brings people together for mutual support as we revitalize our personal and island-wide health by transitioning to locally grown, organic food.
Aloha!
We would love to see you at our monthly potluck. Let’s have fun and network as we end the addiction to mainland food. Please bring a dish made primarily from local ingredients to feed 6-8 or a $5 donation if you cannot bring food (but please bring some if you can so we can feast!). Can’t think of a dish made from local food? Do the best you can and come anyway! We would rather see you there.
When: Friday, June 26 at 6p.m.
Where: Mana Ohana Center—Across from the shell station on the highway in Hanapepe
Cost: Your Aloha spirit, yummy food for 6-8 (or a $5.00 donation), utensils (please!) and energy and ideas for this new organization
